FIVEplat Conductor installs on the phone from the browser. Drivers see their trips and stops, confirm every pickup and delivery with a signature, record damage and show the DeCA at a roadside check. It works offline from start to finish.

What drivers do with the app
- Trips and stops
- Ongoing, pending and overdue. The next stop comes first, with the address, the site note, the contact and its cars, and «Open in Maps» hands over to the phone's navigation.
- Pickup and delivery with signature
- Confirm the cars and collect the signature on screen. If a pickup or delivery can't happen, the driver says why.
- Damage and vehicle condition
- Tap the damaged area or draw it with a finger, see the car's earlier damage in grey, and note mileage, fuel and equipment.
- DeCA and eCMR with QR
- Each car's document is on the phone, with the QR to show at a check. DeCA inside Spain, eCMR abroad.
- Chat with the office
- Text, photo or voice note. «Report a problem» reaches the traffic office marked in red.
- Offline
- Whatever is done without signal is stored on the phone and sent when it comes back, in order and with the time it was done.
- Handovers and truck changes
- Hand the trip to another driver with a signature, or change trucks on the road.
- Notices
- The day's trip in the morning, messages from the office and a warning before the driving licence expires.

Frequently asked questions
Does it come from the app store?
No. It is a web app that installs on the phone from the browser, on Android and on iPhone.
Does it work without signal?
Yes, from the start of the trip to the end. What the driver does offline is stored on the phone and sent in order when signal returns, with the time it was done.
Can the driver show the DeCA at a roadside check?
Yes. Each car's DeCA, or the eCMR on international trips, is in the app with its QR code, which is what gets shown at a check.
Does the app track the truck by GPS?
It records the phone's position during the trip if the driver has allowed location, and the office sees on the map where each truck was last seen. The app never asks for the permission itself.
