What you do when you plan
- Pending orders on the map
- Filter the unassigned or overdue ones, see them on the map and drag them onto an open trip.
- Suggested trips
- FIVEplat proposes trips and tells you which orders fit one you already have.
- Truck and driver
- When you assign them you see who is free and who is busy on the trip's days, out and back.
- Optimised route
- Stops are put in order for you. Change something and re-optimise the route in one click.
- Kilometres per day
- If a day goes over the limit you set, you get a warning and can split the trip over several days or move a stop.
- Resource board
- A calendar of trucks and drivers with each day's work, absences, holidays and conflicts.
- Free space and subcontracting
- Offer a trip's free space on the marketplace, or subcontract the whole trip to another carrier.

Frequently asked questions
Can I plan trips over several days?
Yes. Every trip has an outbound and a return leg, and if a day goes over the kilometre limit you set, FIVEplat warns you and lets you split it over several days or move a stop to another date.
What if the truck is full?
If a trip goes over the truck's capacity, FIVEplat warns you but does not block you. It is your call.
Can I fill the spaces left on a trip?
Yes. From the trip itself you offer the free space on the FIVEplat marketplace, and you see the bookings in the Free space section.
What if my own trucks can't cover it?
Subcontract the trip to another carrier, through the marketplace too, and email them the transport order as a PDF.
