Yard app: every car in and out, recorded on the phone
Campa is FIVEplat's app for the people who run the yard. It records one car or a whole truckload coming in or going out, with photos, damage and condition, and knows which trip brought each car and which one takes it away.

What the yard does with the app
- Entries and exits
- A single car or a whole truckload on the same screen, and who brings it or takes it: a carrier, your own fleet or the customer.
- Plate read from a photo
- Take a photo of the plate and the app reads it and fills in the car's details.
- Damage, photos and condition
- Tap the area or draw it with a finger, for a car, van, motorbike or caravan. On entry, the condition is pre-filled with what the driver noted at loading.
- What is in the yard
- In the yard, To review, Arriving, Leaving and History. Days in the yard turn amber or red when they pass the target stay.
- Today's trucks
- The trucks arriving and leaving according to the plan, with their cars and the ones already through.
- Tasks and alerts
- Per-car tasks you complete with a swipe, and alerts when something doesn't add up, such as an exit with no entry.
- Several yards
- Each person sees their yards, each with its capacity, loading bays and target stay, and a panel with occupancy and activity.
- Offline
- Records, damage and photos are stored on the phone and sent when signal returns.

A truck arrives
The entry is matched to the planned transport order and confirms the unloading. If the order is delivered at your base, the entry is recorded on its own.

The exit confirms the loading of the planned trip, and the driver takes the car with its condition on record.
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle several yards?
Yes. Each yard has its capacity, loading bays and target stay, and each person sees the yards assigned to them, or all of them at once.
Does it record cars brought by a customer or a private individual?
Yes. On every entry or exit you say who brings or takes the car: an outside carrier, your own fleet or the customer.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Records, damage and photos are stored on the phone and sent when signal returns, so no photo gets lost.
How do I know how long a car has been in the yard?
The In the yard list shows each car's days, in amber or red once it passes that yard's target stay. The panel sums up occupancy and the cars that have been there too long.
